Custom Order was Incorrect

I specifically took advantage of the customer diameter choice of Item # 4888-8 to buy an 8-1/4" Prismatic Acrylic Disc. The order arrived as a stock 8" disc. My invoice states: 8" plus 1/4" (.25"); No Center Hole.

Everything was perfect

Perfect fit and looks great!

I was a little bit skeptical about ordering this for my new kitchen fixture. The one that came with it originally was frosted glass and did not offer much light through. This Prismatic Acrylic Disc fit perfectly and allowed the perfect amount of light through. Thank you!

Terrific Prismatic Acrylic Disc!

The plastic lens and rim that covered our skylight tube was very damaged after 22 years. We are so pleased with the way this prism looks, providing sufficient diffused light. We also purchased the custom rim to finish off the disc. Looks brand new!
