To begin the return/refund process, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Please email to request a return.
  2. In the subject line of the email, please include your order # and the word "Return"
  3. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
  4. We do not supply return labels.
  5. Custom cut products are not refundable or returnable.
  6. Please include the item #'s you are returning in your email.
  7. Shipping costs from your original order are not refundable.
  8. When you ship the item(s) back to us, please ensure the Return Merchandise Authorization number is in plain sight on the package. Upon the return of the package(s) the warehouse usually takes up to 2-5 business days to verify all goods are returned properly and in full.
  9. Print and place a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization number (found in our email) inside the box.
  10. When you ship the item(s) back, please make sure you are packaging the product properly as per the guidelines of the carrier you are using to return the item(s). Please go to carriers' websites for additional help or assistance on how to pack the shipment. If item(s) are returned severely damaged due to negligence of packaging then there will be NO refund given.
  11. has a 20-50% restocking fee policy. If the item(s) are resellable a 20% restocking fee will apply and 50% for any item(s) damaged. Product(s) MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase. To better prevent any damages to the product(s) returned to 1800ceiling, we highly recommend you return them in original packaging and condition of package (i.e., packing paper, plastic clear bags and/or foam). Returned orders over $1,000 will have a 30% restocking fee.
