Thicker than Home Depot's Lens
I am so happy I found a company that custom makes lens. I am a GC and had a customer with a light box exceeding 48". Looked on line and found this company. I custom ordered the acrylic prism lens and they came in perfectly! They were properly packaged to avoid damage too. I am very impressed with this company and will order from them again.
It was hard to find a company that could custom cut these lenses to the size we needed but these were just what we needed. Good quality materials, affordable pricing for custom and delivered pretty quickly. Very happy.

Great Solution
I emailed customer support and they were very helpful and responded within a few hours. I went with a slightly smaller inner diameter than the base so there is no doubt the damage will be completely covered. I also had the ring cut in half so that I wouldn't have to dismantle the fan again. The fit was perfect and you can't even see where the ring was cut (see photos). The ring came with a glossy side and a textured side. Since my ceiling is a white semigloss,, I went with the glossy side. I am very happy with this solution. The company is fantastic, and the ring came in less than a week. I would use them again and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
