Very accommodating as I figured out the size of what I needed.
New material/design made it too stiff for me to get into the fixture, despite being the right size. It took my handyman 20 minutes to work it in, even though it had been warmed to make it more flexible. Your customer service was excellent, offering suggestions and reimbursing me for the shipping charge to make up for for my inconvenience/ expense of hiring someone to install it (something I've been able to do myself in the past.)

But I mismeasured. Instead of charging me full price for a re-do, the company gave me a discounted rate on the second cut, and discounted shipping. Great communication and the second time around the result was perfect. Exceeded expectations and highly recommended.
