The mirror ring enhances the ceiling medallion and crystal chandelier below it, love it so much I’m ordering another one for a larger chandelier.
I mis-measured my goof ring order. The sales department assisted me in re-ordering, and I was not charged for shipping the replacement. The ring fits perfectly now, a relatively Inexpensive way to cover the hole left when I replaced a ceiling fan. I’m highly satisfied.
The original order was received but damaged. I chatted with the Chat Agent. No haggling. A replacement set was ordered. One week later the replacement set of lenses were received in perfect condition. They installed as expected and look great. Good product. Good company.
