Smooth White Acrylic Custom Square Goof Plates. Hide unfinished edges. These ready-to-install, white acrylic trim plates provide a convenient and attractive means for covering the edges of a high hat or J-box ceiling-hole opening when installing security equipment such as cameras, infrared detectors or other box-mounted devices.

Material: .085 gauge smooth white acrylic, smooth and glossy on both sides.

***PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS ITEM WHEN ORDERING: Your flange/trim width will be only HALF of the difference between the OD and ID. Example: OD of 8" and ID of 5" will only give you a 1-1/2" wide flange/trim and not 3". See more pictures for a detailed explanation of this.

Custom Square White Goof Plates sizes range from an inside dimension of 1" thru 22" and an outside dimension of 2" thru 23-1/2". Please measure correctly, square goof plates are not returnable.

Perfection at it's finest!

This is just what I dreamed up and I couldn't believe it existed in a quality online store. While I was hesitant to order, I could not be more pleased with the timeliness and precision of the order.

Wrong size

This company needs a quality check step in their ordering process. I misunderstood how they calculate their outer and inner sizing and instead of contacting me and asking if I made a mistake they proceeded with the order that was an obvious mistake. When I contacted them about requesting a replacement with correct measurements they would not send a replacement at no cost and instead wanted to charge me. Poor customer service and poor order intake and quality control.

Feedback

Plastic material is to thin and cracked easily.

All were cracked in 2 pieces. Not usable. Need to protect corners in packaging. Shrink wrap is not enough.

Return & Refund Policy

To begin the return/refund process, please follow the instructions below.

Please email sales@1800ceiling.com to request a return.
In the subject line of the email, please include your order # and the word "Return"
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
We do not supply return labels.
Custom cut products are not refundable or returnable.
Please include the item #'s you are returning in your email.
Shipping costs from your original order are not refundable.
When you ship the item(s) back to us, please ensure the Return Merchandise Authorization number is in plain sight on the package. Upon the return of the package(s) the warehouse usually takes up to 2-5 business days to verify all goods are returned properly and in full.
Print and place a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization number (found in our email) inside the box.
When you ship the item(s) back, please make sure you are packaging the product properly as per the guidelines of the carrier you are using to return the item(s). Please go to carriers' websites for additional help or assistance on how to pack the shipment. If item(s) are returned severely damaged due to negligence of packaging then there will be NO refund given.
1800ceiling.com has a 20-50% restocking fee policy. If the item(s) are resellable a 20% restocking fee will apply and 50% for any item(s) damaged. Product(s) MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase. To better prevent any damages to the product(s) returned to 1800ceiling, we highly recommend you return them in original packaging and condition of package (i.e., packing paper, plastic clear bags and/or foam). Returned orders over $1,000 will have a 30% restocking fee.
