I previously ordered glass from another company. It arrived with a chunk missing. They "allowed" me to reorder at 1/2 price ... there were no chards or pieces in the box. The replacement was also chipped with no sign of box damage. They did refund me 1/2 price!!!! Your product was packaged 4 times better than the glass. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! GT Direct was not easy to work with!!!! I now have two damaged glass pieces.......

Ordered (2) Item 4822 white acrylic goof rings to cover unsightly areas and openings through the ceiling which were exposed when fire sprinklers heads in my unit were upgraded.
After searching for stock items everywhere online, I opted for the custom rings and am very pleased with the results. It saved me tons of extra work, i.e. spackling, texturing and repainting my ceilings.
