You replaced a component that was slightly damaged in packing or shipping. Not really necessary but really appreciated. I’ll not forget.
Perfect fit as a replacement lens for an older fixture! Size was hard to find, so it was great coming across this site. Outstanding packaging.
That said, high shipping cost (explained on the website) makes it questionable on whether the total price offsets the value.
It were an exact fit and look great. Everyone was well satisfied.
