I wish every company was this fantastic to work with. My original product arrived damaged due to poor shipping treatment. Customer service had a new product sent out THE SAME DAY, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. When it arrived (rushed, at their expense), the packaging was over-the-top secure (as if to defy the shipping gods themselves). Carolina was amazing to email with. I'm a fan. These people need to teach all the other people how it's done!
