4' Amber Tube Guard for T8-F32 Bulb
Amber Colored Lexan Plastic Sleeve for Fluorescent Light Bulbs. These tubes measure 4 feet long and are 1.5 inches in diameter. They are commonly used in coastal areas as Turtle Friendly coverings over fluorescent bulbs. Many of our customers report less bugs around their outdoor fixtures when they are covered with these orange sleeves.
4' Amber Tube Guard for T8-F32 Bulb. Each tube guard is sold per piece. Cases of 24 available. Tubes are 1-1/4" wide x 46-3/8" long without end caps on, 47-1/8" long with end caps on. These can be made shorter for smaller bulbs. Made of unbreakable polycarbonate. 2 end caps included.
Amber Tube Guards offer maximum protection against broken glass and sparks that can result when fluorescent lamps shatter. In addition, all our tube guards meet and exceed OSHA, FDA, and USDA requirements for lamp shields.
