New material/design made it too stiff for me to get into the fixture, despite being the right size. It took my handyman 20 minutes to work it in, even though it had been warmed to make it more flexible. Your customer service was excellent, offering suggestions and reimbursing me for the shipping charge to make up for for my inconvenience/ expense of hiring someone to install it (something I've been able to do myself in the past.)

Rather than doing a replacement of my 30 yr old under counter light fixtures, the discolored and broken lenses were easily replaced to make them good as new.

The cabinet lens fit perfectly but the material was slightly thicker which made it difficult to install and will be as or more difficult to remove when a bulb needs to be changed. So we'll see how that goes when the time comes.
