I am really pleased with this the quality and service. I ordered 2 light diffuser panels and they are perfect.
This is a Godsend. I had cold air blowing on my neck most of the day at work, causing muscle spasms. I even wore a scarf in the middle of summer. This is enough to direct the air in front of me, keeping me cool without the direct draft. It was a little tougher to install than I thought it would be, but I had someone taller (and stronger) shove it into place. Love it!
