This is the only place that had all sizes in a fluorescent cover. Got it in a week. Great packaging.

The original lens broke just trying to replace the bulbs. Due to being a old house I didn't bother to replace the whole thing because a new one most probably would be smaller and more gizmos to buy and the high risk of damaging the ceiling drywall. So I went everywhere around town to local major chain hardware stores and couldn't find just a lense so after three weeks I just went ahead and bought it. It actually was a good fit very close to the original one. It's super expensive for a lense but no one had it except you guys thanks.
