Not sure why they are called table top protector. I am using them to hold my heavy bird perches that the little metal washers they come with won't hold up. PERFECT!!!

I purchased led replacement recessed lights for my newly painted kitchen. Unfortunately the canister holes in my home built in 1978 were slightly larger than the covers of the new lights. Luckily I stumbled onto the 1800ceiling website & found the goof rings. The rings work perfectly, fitting over the replacement light and covering the poorly cut edges of the previous lights. Simple solution to nightmare problem.
